Kickin'Buffalo Wings -- Family gathering size!

Brown 7 lbs of precut wings on the grill.  Grilling is the best for flavor.  You can brown them in a pan if you don't have a grill handy or don't like grilling when it's cold outside. Place browned wings in slow cooker and pour 2 bottles of XX HEAT and 1 bottle of Mississippi Heat Mesquite over the wings.  Add beer until the wings are covered.  Simmer for 3-5 hours (longer time makes them hotter). Place on platter and let everyone dig in and Enjoy!

Mississippi HEAT BBQ Chicken Pizza

Take a prepared pizza crust.  We like to use the Boboli type of crust. Spread 1/2 cup of Mississippi HEAT Original on top of the crust. Sprinkle top with cubed, cooked chicken breast, about 2 cups, and 1/4 cup of thinly sliced red onion. Cover pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese or slices of provolone cheese.  Bake 425°F  10-12 minutes.

Mississippi HEAT Meatloaf

Rekindle your tired, old meatloaf recipe with Mississippi Heat BBQ Sauce.  Add 1/2 cup Mississippi Heat Original to your recipe.  Coat the top of the meatloaf with Mississippi Heat BBQ sauce.  Bake as you normally do and sit back and wait for the rave reviews from your family.

Ted's Ultimate Ribs

Brown ribs on your grill. Ted uses baby back pork ribs.  Once browned, place in cake pan with 1/2 cup water on the bottom.  Place ribs-- meat side up, bones down.  Slather with Mississippi Heat Mesquite.  Cover pan with aluminum foil and place in oven at 250°F or back of grill for low heat.  Allow to cook 2 1/2 hours more, checking often for moisture on the bottom of the pan.  When meat is tender, and begins to fall off the bones, slather once again with Mississippi Heat Mesquite BBQ Sauce.  Leave uncovered and turn up the heat until the sauce forms a glistening glaze.  Simply the best!

Mississippi HEAT Baked Beans

2 cans (16 oz ea) of home-style baked beans, 1/2 cup minced yellow onion.                        1/2 cup Mississippi HEAT Original BBQ Sauce, 1/4 cup Mississippi HEAT mesquite BBQ Sauce. 3-4 slices of bacon.  Mix all ingredients except bacon in an oven proof pan.  Lay bacon across the top the beans.  Bake uncovered 350 degrees oven, 45-60 min.

Mississippi HEAT Sloppy Ted’s

1 lb ground hamburger, 1/2 cup minced yellow onion.  Brown hamburger, add onion and cook until tender. Drain off fat. Mix 2 TBLS yellow mustard, 2/3 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup Mississippi HEAT (your choice Original, Mesquite or XXHEAT), 1 TBLS Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper and 3/4 cup coca cola.  Mix well and add to hamburger.  Simmer 20 minutes.  Serve on hamburger buns with extra Mississippi HEAT.

 Quesadilla's

Lightly brush 2 flour tortillas with olive oil.  Heat frying pan (or we use a griddle pan) over medium heat.  Place 1 tortilla, oil side down and sprinkle with shredded cheese, meat, refried beans, or a combination of items which can include onions, peppers and olives.  Go lightly, do not stuff!  Drizzle Mississippi HEAT Sauce over the top, and place the remaining tortilla on top, oil side up.  Flip with large spatula and when cheese is melted, transfer to plate.  Using pizza cutter, cut into wedges.  --Linda's favorite
